Refund Policy
Related to Canned Food Products

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of our canned food products from Farmhouse TinCakes, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery of your order.
​
To be eligible, products must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all refund or exchange requests. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed for products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, for us to assess the matter.

If the damage to the product has occurred during transit, after handover to the courier company, you are required to submit your claim directly to the courier company responsible for delivery. In such cases, Farmhouse TinCakes will assist by providing any necessary documentation to support the claim, but the primary responsibility for resolution lies with the courier company.

If the damage to the product has occurred prior to courier handover, we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 30 calendar days of approval. Courier costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
