Cancellation Policy

Related to Canned Food Products 

Orders for canned food products may be cancelled by you provided the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been dispatched from our facility. To cancel an order, please contact us promptly at farmhouse.tincakes@gmail.com with your order details. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to refer to our Refund Policy for further options regarding returns or exchanges.

Once a cancellation request is received and confirmed, any payments made will be refunded using the original payment method within 30 calendar days. Please note that courier costs are non-refundable if the cancellation request is made after the order has been dispatched.
